Consultation on a new draft Annual Report Questionnaire and priorities for capacity building

Background
In preparation of the second Expert Working Group on improving drug statistics and strengthening the Annual Report Questionnaire, UNODC has launched a global consultation on two draft documents that will serve as the basis for the discussion at the meeting:
a) draft priority activities for capacity building to improve drug statistics
b) draft of the new ARQ
Feedback provided through the consultation will be presented to the national experts attending the meeting.
How to submit feedback
Feedback can be submitted to UNODC using a standard template.
Once completed, please send the template via e-mail to unodc-arq@un.org.
Only feedback received by the 18 August 2019 will be presented at the Expert Working Group.

The draft of the new ARQ consists of annual modules, which will be collected every year, and rotating modules, which will be collected at a lower periodicity. Information on how the modules have been structured can be found here.
